Kick-Off Phase

  • Establishment of a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders.
  • Formation of a synthesis team, an operational schedule, and a work approach.
  • Development of a BIM agreement in collaboration with the design team.

Selection Phase

  • Facilitate communication between the synthesis team and project stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
  • Elaboration of the Graphic Charter
  • Create a timeline for synthesis and pre-synthesis activities related to the realization.

Implementation Phase

  • Organize synthesis review meetings to resolve conflicts, and set up a rigorous follow-up procedures
  • Management of clash simulations and distribution of reports
  • Spatial coordination

Phase As-Built

  • Write the minutes of the wrap-up meetings.
  • Creation of the BIM As-Built Model
  • Extract plans, sections and BIM summary documents.
