Kick-Off Phase
- Carrying out a strategic assessment and determining the BIM needs and objectives of the project owner
- Development of a specific document describing BIM, BEP, AIR, PIR, OIR, MIDP, TIDP, IDS requirements.
- Identification of BIM training courses for project management staff members
- Implementation and management of the BIM collaborative platform, CDE (Common Data Environment)
Selection Phase
- Assistance in selecting the project manager or Design Firm.
